Incredible changes from Jane Diston - an inspiration to us all


I decided that 2019 was going to be the year for me. I needed to look after myself this

year health wise. January to May I started swimming and managed to loose 4kg in 5

months.


Then in June I joined 4 Wheels of Health with Simon Gault and Sean

Robinson, nutritionist.


To date I have lost a total of 25.5kgs. I cannot recommend this course enough!

Doing this alone for 5 months = 4 kg

Doing 4 Wheels of Health since June (5 ½ months) = 21.5kg


The closed facebook group is very inspiring, encouraging and educational. I wouldn’t

be where I am now without this group of wonderful people, who were to start with

mostly strangers, now it feels like a family group.


The 4WoH has taught me WHY I eat, WHEN to eat and WHAT to eat. I’m feeling so

much better in myself. I now love to walk and swim most days and have caught the

exercise bug. Fasting once a week is now also part of my life.


This is a LIFE changing course, which I and my immediate family are so please I

joined and worked with to make these significant changes. I have more weight to

loose, but now I have the TOOLS to do this myself.


A healthful thanks to both Simon Gault and Sean Robinson for showing me and the

group the way to improve our weight and lifestyles. A true life changing course.
