Healthy Choc Mousse

Feel like having a treat? This chocolate avocado mousse will satisfy all your chocolatey cravings with virtually no carbs and loads of healthy fats from avocados and coconut cream! And no, you won’t be able to taste the avocados at all!
This guilt free mousse is as healthy as it is delicious!
Chocolate Mousse (serves 3):
3 small avocados
1 cup coconut cream
2tbsp water or any nut milk
4 tbsp raw cacao powder
3 stevia sachets*
1 tsp psyllium husk
raw cacao powder & nibs (for garnish)
Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for 1 minute until smooth.
Put into small glasses or ramekins and let chill in the fridge for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Serve with a sprinkle of cacao powder and cacao nibs on the top.
*I personally use iLite stevia sachets, it’s my favourite low carb sweetener that has no weird aftertaste! You can order this from trademe, just search up iLite Finest with the purple packaging.
